Tracey Zabar is a passionate baker, food influencer, and culinary instructor who has been part of the Zabar food family for over forty years. A graduate of the French Culinary Institute, she has collaborated on cookbook projects with renowned chefs like Daniel Humm, Marcus Samuelsson, Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud, Maida Heatter, Pichet Ong, and Jonathan Waxman. Originally a jewelry designer by trade, Zabar's jewelry collections have been featured in top media, and her iconic bracelet worn by Carrie Bradshaw is part of the Smithsonian's permanent collection.
