Regina Lenart‑Gansiniec is an Associate Professor in the Institute of Public Affairs at the Faculty of Management and Social Communication of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, and doctor habilitatus in economic sciences in the field of management sciences. She is the author, co‑author, and editor of monographs and about one hundred and twenty‑five Polish and foreign scientific articles devoted to the issues of management, especially crowdsourcing, knowledge management, and organizational behaviour. She is also a principal investigator and participant in eight international research projects and a reviewer and member of the Editorial Board of many recognized scientific journals and scientific conferences in Poland and in the world.
