David Wood, OBE is an actor, composer, producer, director, lyric writer, magician, author and playwright, writing and directing a string of theatre hits, all for children, including stage adaptations of well-known books. The Times described him as 'the national children's dramatist'. He was awarded an OBE in 2004 for his services to literature and drama.

Paul Bateson is a highly experienced teacher who believes in values led education. He has taught Drama for over 10 years in further, secondary and primary settings in Yorkshire, led on Citizenship, and blended curriculum; and has completed an MA (Education) with a focus on dramatic technique – ‘Mantle of the expert’.
He currently works part-time as Drama lead in a secondary school.
