About Roger van Damme

Roger Van Damme was 'Chef of the Year' in 2010 and 'Best Pastry Chef in the World' in 2017. With his restaurant Het Gebaar he won a Michelin star in 2010. This is his seventh book, but the first in which he truly reflects on his trajectory and where it has led him.
