Diane Borsato is an award-winning artist, educator, and certified Tea Sommelier who works closely with other artists, chefs, and naturalists in projects she has performed and exhibited in major galleries and museums in Canada and internationally. Her previous books include Mushrooming: An Illustrated Guide to the Fantastic, Delicious, Deadly, and Strange World of Fungi and What Is a Sculpture?. She lives in Toronto.
Kelsey Oseid is an illustrator, artist, and amateur naturalist. She has illustrated a variety of books and runs an online shop where she sells prints and original pieces of her nature-themed work. Her work has been featured on Design*Sponge, Oh So Beautiful Paper, Everglow, Handmade, and in magazines like Organic Life, Anthology, and Good Housekeeping. She is the author of several books, including What We See in the Stars; Birds, Nests, Eggs; and Trees: An Illustrated Celebration. She lives in Minneapolis.
