BIGGS, Professor of Counseling Psychology, Educational Psychology, and Religious Studies at the State University of New York at Albany, has served as assistant to the Vice President for Student Affairs at the University of Minnesota and as a consultant to various national and international organizations. His recent books with D. Blocher include Counseling Psychology in Community Settings (1983) and Foundations of Ethnical Counseling (1987).
