One morning, Libby DeLana left her New England home to go for a walk. She did the same thing the next day, and the next. It became a daily habit that has culminated in her walking the equivalent of the earth's circumference. She walked through some major life milestones and into her second act. In Do Walk, Libby shares the transformative nature of this simple yet powerful practice. She reveals how walking each day provides the time and space to reconnect with the world; to process thoughts, improve wellbeing, and unlock creativity. It is the ultimate navigational tool that helps us to see who we are, and where we want to go. With beautiful photography, this inspiring and reflective guide is an invitation to step outside and see where the path takes us...
Libby DeLana is an executive creative director, founder of This Morning WalkTM, and co-host of the podcast This Morning Walk with Alex Elle. She is also a brand ambassador and model. She was Director of Design at MullenLowe for 15 years, then went on to co-found the boutique agency Mechanica. Libby's work has won many industry awards. She is an advocate for female leadership, an aspiring pilot, rookie fly fisher, cold water swimmer, fan of a strong cup of tea, and mom to two tall, smart, kind men. Do Walk is her first book.
