Pablo Gonzalez-Dominguez earned his J.S.D. in International Human Rights Law from the University of Notre Dame (U.S.A.), his LL.M. in International Legal Studies from the Georgetown University Law Center (U.S.A.) and his LL.B. from Universidad Panamericana (Mexico).
