Lent is visiting professor at the National Defence University in Poland, Kasetsart University in Bangkok, Thailand, and Shenzhen Technology University, China. His profound ongoing experience connects modern approaches to research on project management methods, multicultural human factor impact and human brain decision processes. Bogdan Lent is author of over 180 publications and 11 patents, including 12 books.
Changzheng Zhang is a doctor of management in Xi'an Jiaotong University and a professor in the School of Economics and Management of Xi'an University of Technology. He is mainly engaged in human resource management, corporate governance and knowledge management.
