Mubashir Majid Baba, PhD, is a faculty member in the Department of Management Studies, North Campus, at the University of Kashmir, Jammu and Kashmir, India. He previously was Assistant Professor at NIT Srinagar, and Assistant Professor at Cluster University of Srinagar, India. He has published books and papers in national and international journals and has presented papers at professional conferences. Dr. Baba is also a newspaper columnist focusing on education.

Chitra Krishnan, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management & Behavioural Science at the Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Noida, India. With over 16 years of national and international experience, she possesses excellence in teaching and research. Before her academic career, she has worked in industry. She has a number of publications in journals at national and international levels and has also participated in many national and international conferences.

Fatma Nasser Al-Harthy, PhD, is working at the University of Technology and Applied Science (UTAS), IBRA, Oman, as Assistant Dean for Students’ Affairs. She has supervised research at The Research Council, Oman, and is a member of several research programs in Oman, such as the Directorate General of Health in Sharqia Region Committee and the HR Research Agenda of technical education, Oman. Dr. Al-Harthy has published papers in international journals and professional conferences.
