Shikha Bhardwaj is Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at the Indian Institute of Management Sambalpur and serves as an Associate Editor of the Journal of Managerial Psychology (ABDC–B). She holds a PhD in Management, an MSc in Industrial Psychology, and a PGDM in HR, with over 20 years of experience in teaching, research, training, and consultancy. Her research examines people–strategy–organization linkages, with a focus on technology, policy, and geopolitical influences in emerging economies. She has published in leading journals including Journal of Business Research, Technovation, and Technology Forecasting and Social Change, and is a recipient of the Chief of Army Staff Commendation Card.

Shivani Sharma is Assistant Professor in the Communication Area at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore. Holding a PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Gandhinagar, she brings extensive experience in both research and teaching. Her research spans organisational communication, sustainability communication, and diversity and inclusion, specifically focusing on how meaning-making, narratives, and communication practices shape contemporary organisations. She has published in reputable international journals and edited volumes.
