Decent Work and Productivity focus on inclusive employment, leadership, policy frameworks, and the role of digital technologies in enhancing workforce well-being and performance. Service Science explores service innovation, digitalization, and the application of AI to improve efficiency, personalization, and customer experience. Business Transformation for Sustainability highlights strategies for embedding sustainability into core business practices through digital and organizational change. Sustainability through the Circular Economy examines circular business models, resource efficiency, and waste reduction for long-term value creation. Finally, Resilient Supply Chains address agility, risk management, ethical sourcing, and technology adoption to ensure continuity and sustainability in uncertain environments.
