Andrew McAfee coined the phrase "Enterprise 2.0" in a 2006 Sloan Management Review article. He is on the faculty of Harvard Business School's Technology and Operations Management department. He has authored more than fifty case studies as well as articles in Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review, and other journals.
