Our shorter versions of the text allow for the same great stories to be delivered in a condensed but still equally fun and entertaining edition of Lewis Carroll’s magical book.

This story follows Alice as her curiosity leads her down into a rabbit hole and into a mysterious and confusing world where animals can talk and eating mushrooms can change your height. Alice must find her way through this weird world to get back home …

Gemma Barder lives in Market Harborough, Leicester, with her family and a mischievous cocker spaniel. She started life working in children’s and pre-teen magazines before moving into the world of publishing. She’s now a freelance writer full time and writes activity books, treasuries, novels and storybooks for children, as well as publishing her own magazine. Gemma writes a wide range of children’s books for Sweet Cherry, with more projects in the pipeline. Grace is an illustrator from the UK. For as long as she can remember, she's had a pencil or paintbrush in her hand, and with these tools has learnt to capture the worlds and characters that find themselves dancing through her imagination. She is never without a good book, and has loved reimagining some of her favourite literary characters whilst working with Sweet Cherry Publishing. She finds her inspiration in nature, old buildings, libraries and lemon cake.
