Founder of the Research Synergy Foundation, which focuses on developing integrative research ecosystems in Asia and Australia. Research interest are Social Entrepreneurship, Knowledge based innovation and Innovation management.
Ani Wahyu Rachmawati is the Founder and Director of publication of the Research Synergy Foundation, specialized in the field of Organization Behavior, Leadership, Knowledge Management and Psychology. Now working also as lecturer at the International Women University, Indonesia.
