How would you describe your family's best qualities? What is your favorite family tradition? Based on scientific research in neuroplasticity and how people build resiliency, Family Practices provides an engaging way to bring parents and children together to foster love, support, and an enduring bond. With thoughtful exercises and creative prompts, this journal gathers the whole family to share loving thoughts while also recording favorite moments and memorable stories. Inspirational quotes sprinkled throughout gently guide your family's journey through the book, and included at the back is a list of helpful resources.

Embrace your family's unique story—and have fun creating and building lasting memories together.
