Clare Faulkner is an author, illustrator and graphic designer. She retrained in graphic design following a career in book publishing. During an inspiring 10 years at the V&A, Clare republished fashion books by Christian Dior, Edith Head, Barbara Hulanicki and Elsa Schiaparelli. She has since worked on a diverse range of design projects, including books on fashion designers John Galliano and Victoria Beckham. She is also the author and illustrator of The Cat Lover's A to Z and The Dog Lover's A to Z and illustrator of The Little Book of Sloth Philosophy. Clare lives in London with her family.
