Wendy Leshgold spent more than a decade in advertising leading teams at Ogilvy & Mather BBDO and Deutsch where she worked with brands including Apple Kodak IBM Bank of America and Mitsubishi. In these roles she understood first-hand the challenges people face in high pressure fast-paced corporate environments. She felt compelled to help so she launched a successful executive coaching practice earning her executive coaching certification from CTI. A decade later she joined forces with her childhood friend Lisa McCarthy who had a similar passion. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband three children and two dogs.
