Navigate the murky waters of depression in this gentle and insightful guide by psychotherapist, Richard Gilpin.

Depression often feels like a heavy fog, obscuring the brightness of life and leaving one feeling isolated and disconnected. Find Your Path through Depression, explores the multifaceted nature of depression, acknowledging its complexity and the unique ways it affects individuals. Through a combination of mindfulness practices, reflective exercises and compassionate guidance, Gilpin will help you to understand the underlying causes of their depression and provide tools to manage and alleviate its impact, such as:

  • Mindfulness techniques to cultivate awareness and presence.
  • Exercises to identify and challenge negative thought patterns.
  • Strategies for building emotional resilience and self-compassion.
  • Guidance on creating a supportive environment for healing.
  • Practical advice for integrating these practices into daily routines

Find Your Path through Depression is a beacon of hope for those seeking to understand and overcome depression. It offers not just strategies for coping, but a path towards healing and renewal.

Part of the Find Your Path series, which sheds light on a range of common mental-health struggles and offers practical, compassionate techniques for navigating life’s inevitable challenges. Other books in the series include Find Your Path through Anxiety, Find Your Path to Acceptance, Find Your Path through Imposter Syndrome, Find Your Path to Compassion and Find Your Path to Resilience.
