Jess Henley has been a psychotherapist for fourteen years and runs her own private practice in the New Forest. She completed her training and Transpersonal Psychotherapy Masters at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London. Her thesis explored the transformative and healing power of humour. Her approach is integrative, combining the power and information of the body and the mind to help her clients to find clarity, strength and peace. She is passionate about the use of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and exploring the different parts of the self and how they influence the way we function. She is also trained in EMDR, a specialized form of therapy that helps to heal the destructive impact of trauma. She believes that the key to self-development is to be constantly questioning and curious, which enables healing and personal growth in any situation. She is a published journalist and author of The Little Stress-Relief Workbook. Jess can be found online at www.henleypsychotherapy.co.uk.
