About Elizabeth Speller
Elizabeth Speller studied Archaeology and Classics at Cambridge as a mature student, followed by a post-graduate degree in Ancient History. She has travelled extensively in Italy, Greece and Turkey. She has lived in Berlin and Rome and is now domiciled in Roman Corinium (Cirencester). She has written for publications as varied as the Observer, the Big Issue and Erotic Review.
