THE THRILLING INTERNATIONAL PHENOMENON FROM THE FORMER INTELLIGENCE AGENT

THE GAME IS ON. AND IT'S ABOUT TO GET DEADLY...

Alec de Payns is an undercover agent in an elite division of France's famed intelligence service. When a routine mission goes fatally wrong, Alec is forced to confront the unthinkable: his team has been betrayed by one of their own.

Tasked with investigating a covert bio-weapons facility in Pakistan, Alec must race to uncover its secrets to save the lives of his loved ones. But with a traitor in the ranks, deceit following his every move, it's not just Alec in the firing line. It's the potential destruction of Paris itself...

Five-star reader raves:

'WOW!'
'As good as it gets'
'Best espionage I've ever read'
'Best spy novel...and by someone who has been a spy!'

Jack Beaumont joined the French Air Force in his late teens, trained as a fighter pilot on Mirage 2000-5 single seaters for air-to-air combat, and was deployed in various conflicts. After being injured in a flying accident, he subsequently flew clandestine missions for French special forces and intelligence services before joining the DGSE, where he carried out clandestine operations in the field under false identities. He has since retired from the DGSE and is married with children.
