Bader Ibrahim Alaydi is an aviation expert based at Prince Sultan University, where he serves as Chair of the Aviation Department, Chair of the Aviation Advisory Board, and a Board Member of the International Association of Airport Executives (IAAE). He has over 25 years of experience in the aviation industry, having managed a range of functions including air traffic management (ATM), airport business development, strategy, corporate performance, and organisational transformation across the sector.
Norah Mansour Almusharraf is Associate Professor at Prince Sultan University (PSU), Saudi Arabia, and a senior academic and executive leader specializing in institutional governance, quality assurance, digital transformation, and strategic development. She serves as Acting Dean of the Deanship of Quality Assurance and Development, as well as Director of the Educational Research Lab, leading initiatives focused on academic excellence, regulatory compliance, and performance enhancement aligned with international standards. She holds a PhD from the University of Buffalo (USA) and an Executive MBA from King Saud University, with expertise in quality and performance management, corporate governance, change management, and technology and information management, including artificial intelligence. Her work includes leading university-wide digital transformation initiatives and institutional performance frameworks. She also contributes to the aviation sector as a committee member for the establishment of the Space and Aviation Sciences and Technologies Program at PSU, supporting interdisciplinary planning aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. Dr Almusharraf is a PfMP®, PgMP®, and Harvard Business School-certified executive leader, as well as a recipient of multiple awards for excellence in research, teaching, and institutional impact.
Turkiah Saad Alotaibi is a PhD candidate at King’s Business School whose research focuses on the impact of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies on business and education. Her work explores how AI is reshaping organisational practices and policies.
