Satria Gandsawan is Professor of Marketing and head of the Doctoral Program in Economics, Faculty of Economics and Business, the University of Lampung. He received a Ph.D. in Small Medium and Cooperative Business Management from the Universitas Padjajaran, Indonesia in 1997 and a Master's degree in Business Management, from Universitas Padjajaran, Indonesia in 1992. He is management consultant, affiliated with various companies (stated owned companies, such as PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII (Persero) Indonesia, private companies such as PT Great Giant Pineapple and PT Coca Cola Company, Indonesia), and government institutions, such as Central Bank of Indonesia, Chapter Lampung.

Mahrinasari is Associate Professor of Marketing and head of the Master Program in Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, the University of Lampung. She received a Ph.D. in Marketing from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia in February 2014, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the College of Business, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA in January 1995. She is a member of the American Marketing Association (1994–2021). She has been a member of the Academy for Global Business Advancement (http://agba.us/leadership.html) since 2016, as an AGBA Vice President for Southern Indonesia.

Ernie Hendrawaty is the Assistant Professor of Financial Management at Departement of Management in Economic Faculty, Universitas Lampung. Research interests: Corporate Finance, Consumer Finance, Behavioral Finance, Investment Analysis, Entrepreneurship.

Rindu Rika Gamayuni is Lecturer in the Economic and Business Faculty, Lampung University, Indonesia. She has been teaching public sector accounting, accounting theory, cost accounting, etc., since 2001. Her research interest includes public sector accounting and management accounting. She received her PhD in Accounting from the Padjadjaran University, West Java, Indonesia in 2014. She has published articles in reputed national as well as international journals and presented papers in national and international conferences.

Nairobi is Associate Professor of Economic Development Studies in the Economics and Business Faculty, Universitas Lampung. Research Interests : Monetary Economics, Public Economics

Dr. Hendrati Dwi Mulyaningsih holds a PhD in Management from the School of Business and Management, Institute of Technology, Bandung. She is founder of the Research Synergy Foundation which focuses on developing an integrative research ecosystem in Asia and Australia. Her research interests are Social Entrepreneurship, Knowledge based innovation and Innovation management.Ani Wahyu Rachmawati is founder and Director of publication of the Research Synergy Foundation. She is specialized in the fields of Organization Behavior, Leadership, Knowledge Management and Psychology. Presently, she is working also as lecturer at the International Women University Indonesia.

Santi Rahmawati is a Founder and Director of Global Operation & Network of Research Synergy Foundation. She is specialized in the field of Entrepreneurship, Community/Social Services, Internationalization, and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). She is actively engaged with scholars around the world through several platforms for developing a good research ecosystem. She had joint research of Financing SME (Small Medium Enterprise) in ICT (Information and Communication Technology) sector with Institut Teknologi Bandung and Victoria University of Wellington. She is one of the awardees of the Community Service Grant Program from LPPM ITB. She also becomes a tutor of scientific writing coaching clinics to increase author-publication capacity.
