Gertrude Enderle-Burcel is a historian at the Austrian State Archives, Vienna. She is editor of the Cabinet Papers of the Republic of Austria. Her interests are concerned with economic history and the history of elites. Recently she edited with Dieter Stiefel and Alice Teichova, 'Zarte Bande'. Piotr Franaszek is a Professor of History at the Institute of History, Jagiellonian University. Dieter Steifel is a professor of social and economic history at the University of Vienna. Alice Teichova is an Emeritus Professor at the University of East Anglia.
