She has been a member of the review committees for conferences and journals. Her interests are human resource management, organizational behavior, talent management, diversity management, employee satisfaction and knowledge management, artificial intelligence, and emotional intelligence.

Kavita Thapliyal, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Business Communication and Soft Skills and the Transformational Speaker and Chief Corporate Trainer at Amity International Business School at Amity University, Noida, India. She has published eight books, which have been successfully incorporated in the course curriculum at several universities in India. She is a regular speaker on management, literature, and women’s empowerment in industry.
