He is a director of SAMI Consulting Ltd., the strategy house which specialises in scenario planning, and of other companies. Adrian is a graduate of Cambridge University, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries, and holds a Harvard Business School Diploma in Marketing. He is the author of books on strategy, marketing and corporate governance including A Strategic Approach to Corporate Governance and Best Practice in Corporate Governance, both still available from Gower.
