In addition, she has served as a research department manager and helped facilitate over thirty industry-based clinical trials, primarily with a focus on diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Marie is the coauthor of The Everything Guide to the Insulin Resistance Diet.
Jodi Dalyai, MS, RD, CDCES, is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator. With over seventeen years of nutrition education experience, Jodi is passionate about the role of food in disease prevention.
