A beautifully illustrated and enchanting collection of treasured fairy tales from the extraordinarily talented author-illustrator Sandra Dieckmann.

Enchanted forests, wild animals, powerful princesses and brave heroes – an enthralling and divinely illustrated collection of Grimm's fairy tales from internationally acclaimed author-illustrator Sandra Dieckmann. With much-loved tales like Rapunzel and Sleeping Beauty, and lesser-known gems from the author’s childhood in Germany, this a stunning gift book of twenty stories to inspire delight and wonder. Inclusive illustrations and a gentle feminist twist create a Grimm collection to be treasured by all.

Sandra Dieckmann is an author and illustrator who works from her studio in Yorkshire. Deeply influenced by her childhood in northern Germany, which she spent exploring outside and reading European folklore by the likes of the Brothers Grimm and Astrid Lindgren, Sandra’s artwork revolves around her love for nature, wildlife and dreams. Sandra's beautifully written and illustrated debut picture book, Leaf, was shortlisted for the Waterstones Children's Book Prize. Her second book, The Dog That Ate The World, won the Teach Early Years Award 2019. Say hello to Sandra on Instagram at @sandradieckmann.
