Morley D. Glicken is professor emeritus in social work at California State University, San Bernardino and the director of the Institute for Positive Growth in Tucson, Arizona. He earned his Master of Social Work degree from the University of Washington and his Master of Public Administration and Doctor of Social Work degrees from the University of Utah. He has published over 50 articles and books, including Social Work in the 21st Century: An Introduction to Social Problems, Social Welfare Organizations, and the Profession of Social Work, Second Edition and Evidence-Based Counseling and Psychotherapy with an Aging Population.
