She regularly holds healing circles, guided meditation groups, and empowering workshops for men and women in the greater Los Angeles area and around the United States, and hosts a podcast, Saved by the Spell. She is also the coauthor of Tarot in the Library Esoterica series from Taschen. Marcella lives in California.
