Sam de Teran is the owner and Creative Director of Cobblers Cove, the prettiest 5-star hotel in Barbados. A complete overhaul of the hotel included the cocktail menu, and years of developing new recipes, training staff in how to serve cocktails beautifully and learning what a discerning clientele likes to drink, inspired her to create this book. Isabelle Feliu is an illustrator and painter from Quebec, now based in Oslo. She is famous for her editorial illustration, branding, stationery, clothing patterns and prints.
