Steve Antony is an award-winning writer and illustrator of many children’s books, eight of which have been nominated for the Kate Greenaway Medal. He is best known for his ongoing Mr Panda series which has sold over 1 million copies worldwide.
Along with the award-winning modern classic The Queen’s Hat (and its three sequels), his other picture books include a two-time collaboration with Tim Minchin for When I Grow Up and Sometimes You Have To Be A Little Bit Naughty, the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang picture book and You Can! - Kids Empowering Kids, as well as the 70th Anniversary edition of Enid Blyton's Famous Five: Five Have a Wonderful Time.
