Eugene H. Merrill (PhD, Bob Jones University; PhD, Columbia University) is distinguished professor emeritus of Old Testament studies at Dallas Theological Seminary. His books include Kingdom of Priests: A History of Old Testament Israel and commentaries on Deuteronomy, 1 and 2 Chronicles, Haggai, Zechariah, and Malachi.
