Emma Lehane is an Alkaline Nutritionist, Personal trainer and Yoga instructor originally from Somerset, Southwest England. She has a background in Hair and Fashion Styling and has owned her own business for 17 years in London where she now lives. Emma had a lot of curiosity about holistic health and would share her new findings with clients in her Salon. Taking her passion of health more seriously she embarked on a 5 year study and recently wrote "How To Feel Fabulous the Alkaline Way" for her Nutrition and Yoga clients as reference. Practicing the 3 elements herself for many years, has helped Emma understand the benefits and importance of balancing exercise with diet and how a few minutes of meditation a day can set you up for a more positive outlook.

How to feel fabulous the Alkaline way is Emma's first book and she hopes to write many more in the future.
