She is a Teaching Partner at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, University of Oxford and is the lead author of the study: An Evaluation of Mindfulness. She currently resides in Oxfordshire. Mark Pallis began practising mindfulness in 2015 and is author of a number of children's books that focus on mindfulness. He currently resides in London, United Kingdom.
