D.M.R. Dissanayake is a Professor in Marketing attached to the Department of Marketing Management, Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies, University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka, where he previously served as the Head of the Department from 2020 to 2023. He is also the Chief Editor of the Sri Lanka Journal of Marketing, a leading scholarly publication in Marketing. Prof. Dissanayake holds a bachelor’s degree in business management, specialising in Marketing Management, from the University of Kelaniya. He also possesses an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayewardenepura, a PhD in Business from Taylor’s University, Malaysia, and a DBA from Montreux Campus, Switzerland. In addition to his academic responsibilities in Sri Lanka, he currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Taylor’s University, Malaysia. Prof. Dissanayake has earned wide recognition throughout his career for his academic and research excellence.

Murali Sambasivan is currently serving as the Director and Professor at Thiagarajar School of Management. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Production Engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy and earned his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management Science from The University of Alabama. Prof. Sambasivan has extensive academic and research experience in the fields of Management Science, Operations and Supply Chain Management, and General Management. Prior to joining Thiagarajar School of Management, he served as a Professor at Taylor's University. Through his teaching, research, and academic leadership, he has made significant contributions to management education and scholarly research at both national and international levels.

Saeed Pahlevan Sharif is affiliated with the Faculty of Business and Law at Taylor's Business School, Taylor's University. He obtained his Ph.D. in Business from Taylor’s Business School, Taylor’s University, Malaysia. He also holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management at Multimedia University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology. Prof. Sharif currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Sunway Business School, Sunway University. His academic and professional expertise spans business and management disciplines, with contributions to teaching, research, and interdisciplinary scholarship integrating business and technological perspectives.

Sabri Boubaker is a Professor in Finance at EM Normandie Business School. He earned his Ph.D. in Finance from University of Paris Est and later obtained the Habilitation for Supervising Doctoral Research from the same institution. Prof. Boubaker is widely recognized for his contributions to the fields of corporate finance, corporate governance, and corporate social responsibility. He has edited twelve scholarly books covering these areas and has published extensively in leading international journals. In addition, he serves on the editorial boards of numerous prestigious academic journals, including the British Journal of Management, Journal of International Financial Markets, Institutions & Money, Emerging Markets Review, Economic Modelling, Finance Research Letters, International Journal of Emerging Markets, Global Finance Journal, Research in International Business and Finance, Journal of Economic Asymmetries, Review of Corporate Finance, Business Ethics, the Environment and Responsibility, and Journal of Financial Reporting & Analysis, holding positions such as Subject Editor, Associate Editor, and Co-editor. Prof. Boubaker has also held visiting professorships at several internationally renowned institutions, including Swansea University, Bayes Business School, University of Birmingham, Dalhousie University, IÉSEG School of Management, Université Gustave Eiffel, University of Sheffield, Cranfield University, University of Portsmouth, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, Brunel University London, University of Bologna, and Vietnam National University. Through his extensive academic, editorial, and international collaborative engagements, he has made significant contributions to global finance and management research.

Vishanth Weerakkody is the Associate Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Global Engagement and Partnerships and a Professor of Digital Governance at the School of Management, University of Bradford. He has previously held several senior academic leadership positions at the University of Bradford, including Dean of the Faculty for Management, Law and Social Sciences, Associate Dean for International and Enterprise, and Associate Dean for Planning and Resources. Prior to joining the University of Bradford, he served as Professor of Digital Governance at Brunel University London. Prof. Weerakkody obtained his Ph.D. from University of Hertfordshire and his MSc from City, University of London. Before entering academia, he held various information technology positions in multinational organizations, including IBM UK. He possesses extensive research and development experience in the areas of process transformation and digital governance, with significant contributions to digital transformation initiatives in both public and private sector contexts. Prof. Weerakkody is a member of the British Computer Society, a Chartered IT Professional, and a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy. He also serves as the Emeritus Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Electronic Government Research.
