Isabel Thomas is a science writer and the author of a galaxy of books for young audiences. They include Moth: An Evolution Story, which won the AAAS/Subaru Prize for Excellence in Science Books, and Exploring the Elements, a Waterstones and New York Times Book of 2020. Isabel also writes for science magazines and creates STEM outreach resources for organisations such as the Wellcome Sanger Institute and the BBC. Shane Tolentino is a Filipino-American illustrator and former NASA intern at Johnson Space Center. She is the author-illustrator of You Are Going, a book for young readers about the Artemis missions, which has been translated into six languages. With a BFA in Illustration and a minor in Environmental Studies from Columbia College Chicago, Shane combines these two passions to tell stories about space, the natural world, and human resilience. She lives and works in Chicago.
