From that moment where the positive sign first turns up on a pregnancy test, to baby’s first bath, Elizabeth Idowu (@mamadinya) is here to answer all your pregnancy and birthing questions.
I’m Pregnant…Now What? is the ultimate handbook for your pregnancy journey. No question will be left unanswered as NHS Nurse and Midwife, Elizabeth, brings her practical and humorous approach to all stages of pregnancy and birth.
Elizabeth will walk you through what to expect of each trimester and what you may want to think about at every stage, whether that’s shopping lists or setting boundaries early on. She’ll bring you the confidence you need to ask questions, break down medical jargon, and help you understand what’s happening to you, your body, and your baby.
This book will help you navigate this magical and sometimes stressful experience – without resorting to 3AM frantic Google searches. It will be your safe space, your secret weapon in the doctor’s office, and your non-judgemental pregnancy bestie.
