Dr. Pankake holds an undergraduate and a master's degree from Indiana State University, Terre Haute, Indiana, and her doctorate from Loyola University-Chicago. She has published in the Journal of Staff Development, Educational Considerations, People and Education, NASSP Bulletin, Educational Horizons, and other professional journals. She has given numerous speeches and presented a variety of workshops focused on change and school improvement issues.
