Neil Ridley (Author) Neil Ridley is an award-winning drinks writer broadcaster and consultant with nearly 20 years of drinks industry experience. He is also the co-author of nine books on spirits and cocktails and has been one of the main drinks experts on the hit Channel 4 TV show Sunday Brunch for over a decade. His debut book Distilled co-written with Joel Harrison in 2015 won the Fortnum & Mason Drink Book of the Year.
