Anisur Rahman is presently heading the UGC Human Resource Development Centre of Jamia Millia Islamia Central University, New Delhi, India. He is a professor of Gulf Studies and has contributed rigorously to Migration and Development especially that of Gulf Migration.

Sameer Babu M is an Associate Professor at Jamia Millia Islamia in New Delhi, India, in the Department of Adult and Continuing Education and Extension. He has been awarded the esteemed Shastri Mobility Grant to Canada. He focuses on migrant issues and education, as well as MOOC development, classroom psychology, tool development, and innovative pedagogy in higher education.

Ansari PA is currently working as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, India. He had completed his PhD in Human Rights from Aligarh Muslim University on the issues and challenges of migrant workers. He is currently working as an Associate Editor of the Journal of Policy and Governance (JPG), based in Quebec, Canada.
