Agnieszka Rzepka is a Professor at Lublin University of Technology in the Faculty of Management in the Department of Economics and Economic Management. She specializes in inter-organizational management, intellectual capital, self-management, and SMEs. Her current research is focused on teal organizations. In addition to 140 papers, she has written 7 proprietary and collective monographs such as Inter-organizational Relations and Intellectual Capital as Factors for the Development of Micro and Small Enterprises: A Study of Polish and Georgian Enterprises (Difin, 2018) She is also the co-author of Self-Management, Entrepreneurial Culture, and Economy 4.0: A Contemporary Approach to Organizational Theory Development (Routledge, 2022) and Inter-organizational Management in Agile Enterprises (Texter, 2017).
