Good governance is one of the UK's fundamental values, and citizens are entitled to expect that public officials, both elected and non-elected, behave according to the highest standards of ethical behaviour. Claire Foster-Gilbert is founding director of the Westminster Abbey Institute, the co-founder of the St Paul's Institute, and a member of numerous medical and theological ethics committees. Vernon White is an English Anglican priest and theological scholar. Jane Sinclair is Canon of Westminster and Rector of St Margaret's Church, Westminster Abbey.
