To address the gaps in both theoretical and empirical research within the existing international management literature, this book explores several critical issues related to resilience and ethics in an evolving global landscape. The environmental and economic upheavals necessitate not only the adaptation of firm strategies but also a rethinking of these strategies in response to ongoing change. The book provides a comprehensive overview of these challenges across four main dimensions: resilience within the international context, the imperative evolution of higher education globally, the commonalities in addressing similar challenges across different geographical regions, and the ethical dilemmas posed by an increasingly dynamic world.
The aim of this book is to offer an in-depth analysis of the theoretical and practical dimensions of resilience and ethics in international business, with particular focus on the evolution of corporate strategies following crises and the ethical considerations that emerge in such contexts. Additionally, the book seeks to aid managers and academics in developing a more nuanced understanding of the contemporary challenges in various facets of international management.
To address these issues, the book covers topics that have not been thoroughly investigated or researched in the field of international management.
