This publication is dedicated to the memory of Associate Professor Pavlos Pavlou, a distinguished language testing and assessment researcher, ELT practitioner, sociolinguist and esteemed faculty member at the University of Cyprus. Sophie Ioannou-Georgiou is an inspector and teacher trainer for the Cyprus Ministry of Education and Culture and adjunct lecturer at the European University Cyprus.
The editors have taught, researched and published extensively in the field of Language Testing and Assessment, CALL and Applied Linguistics.
