Sir Cary L. Cooper CBE is Pro Vice Chancellor for External Relations and Distinguished Professor of Organizational Psychology and Health at Lancaster University. He is Chair of the Academy of Social Sciences, President of RELATE, President of Institute of Welfare and was lead scientist on the UK government's Foresight project on Mental Capital and Wellbeing.
James Campbell Quick is John and Judy Goolsby Distinguished Professor at the University of Texas at Arlington, and Distinguished Visiting Scholar at Lancaster University Management School, UK.
