Iris and Isaac are NOT FRIENDS. Off they stomp, in a big huff, as far away from each other as possible. And as they stomp, they see funny, strange and wonderful things. If only they were together to share them...From Catherine Rayner, winner of the 2009 CILIP Kate Greenaway medal. A warm and touching story exploring friendship and the importance of sharing. Beautifully written text and wonderfully individual artwork.
Award winning author and illustrator, Catherine Rayner, was born in Harrogate and now lives in Edinburgh. She has a BA Hons in Visual Communication and illustration from Edinburgh College of Art. Winner of the CILIP Kate Greenaway Medal 2009 for her second book, Harris Finds His Feet, Catherine was also awarded the Best New Illustrator Award at the Booktrust Early Years Awards in 2006, for Augustus and His Smile. She regularly exhibits her artwork in galleries all over Scotland, and illustrates her own range of cards.
