Explore the fast-growing world of Islamic finance and regulatory technology

In Islamic RegTech: An Introduction and Practical Guide, finance and regulatory experts Niclas Nilsson and Dr. Sadeq Abul deliver an incisive and one-of-a-kind discussion of the promise and benefits of the regulatory technology that enables and accelerates finance compliant with Islamic law. In the book, you’ll find a complete Islamic RegTech™ framework, complete with deep dives into each of the Islamic RegTech areas and sub-fields. You’ll also discover step-by-step guides on how to get started with Islamic RegTech, how to evaluate and select solutions, how to integrate solutions into existing businesses processes, and how to leverage the technology to mitigate operational risk.

The authors explain:

  • The basics of Sharia Law compliance, as well as the risk profiles of Islamic investment vehicles
  • Additional requirements for participating in Islamic finance, as well as common pitfalls and obstacles presented in the area
