Chitra Soundar is an internationally published, award-winning author of children’s books, a screenwriter and an oral storyteller. She is also the creator of Nikhil & Jay, a BBC preschool sitcom. Chitra writes chapter books and picture books and her latest picture book with Sandhya Prabhat It’s Time to Hush and Say Goodnight was read by Pixie Lott on CBeebies Bedtime stories. Sandhya Prabhat is an award-winning illustrator and animator residing in California, originally from Chennai, India. She has illustrated many picture books, including I Am Brown; Namaste is a Greeting; Usha and the Big Digger; Ani's Light; and As Large as Life.
